- Full tenant finish including offices, industrial kitchens, Ticketing, Restrooms (200 x 300 x 24'; 80,000 square feet).
- 3- 40x50 Cupolas on top of the Arena Roof with an overall height of 46'.
- Over 41 miles of Electrical wiring.
- Custom pre cast panels revealing the Pawnee Buttes.
- Sound Systems with 30 JBL speakers, 44 Lowell speakers and 12 JBL amplifiers.
- Over 5,000 cubic yards, ( LBS concrete finished 20,000 Sq. ft. flat work per day
- Exterior site improvements and parking lot.
- Project on time and under budget.
