Project Details: Large-scale industrial building (110,000 Sq. feet) with complex features, including machinery pits, intricate foundations, and overhead cranes. Foundations excavations and concrete placement done by Lefever Building Systems in House Crews. Floors include 20,000 square feet with 12"thick slab, w/double mat of rebar at 1' square; 90,000 square feet with 9" slab,1 rebar mat at 1' square. Flatness specification for warehouse floor was at 1/8" in 10' tolerance. Railroad tracks, through the warehouse, are part of this project. Other work includes detached office building, an elevated, tractor/trailer, weight check scale, 100,000 square feet of exterior concrete paving. Total concrete placement required over 7,000 cubic yards of concrete.
