Scope: Supply and erect pre-engineered metal building, interior mezzanines and insulation systems.
Facilities: Project consisted of one Varco Pruden pre-engineered metal building including a 60' x 52' x 12' Office area with a 4' x 36' x 6'-6" clearstory and a 78' x 84' x 17'-8" Shop / Maintenance area with a 27' x 56' x 7'-2" clearstory.
Steel Building: Roof Panels : 24 gauge, " Classic Red " Standing Seam; Walls : 26 gauge , "Classic Red" Vee Rib Panels
Key Building Features:
- Interior walls of Maintenance area and both clearstories; lined full height with perforated wall liner panels.
- Four 12" diameter tubular skylights were installed in Office area for natural lighting.
- Walls insulated with 9" ( R-30 ) and roof with 10" ( R-33 ) reinforced faced insulation.
- Clearstories have "Kalwal " Translucent light panels2:12 roof slope.
- 10 year weathertightness warranty on SSR roof.
- 20 year finish warranty on roof and wall panel.
- Office are included a 10' x 16' Mezzanine area.
- Maintenance area included a 16' x 50' mezzanine area.
