Project Overview:
57,556 square foot building with four custom entry areas for four different retail stores ; Sofa Mart, Denver Mattress Co, Bedroom Expressions and Oak Express
Project Scope:
Building was erected by Pro Steel Erectors Inc. under subcontract with Lefever Building Systems. Main Building was a 60' wide x 334' long x 32' high with a 4:12 pitched roof. Front area was a 40' +/- leanto 20' high with a 1 1⁄2:12 single slope roof with 4 each dormer areas at each entry area. Rear lean-to was also a 40' +/- wide area x 20' high with a 1 1⁄2:12 single slope roof. A 94' +/- long covered roof area truck loading dock was also included on the rear side of the building. A continuous row of windows were included at the roof height change along both sides of the high building. Front entry areas were finished with a combination of EFIS, glass storefront and log timber construction. Walls were Panel Rib wall panels and the roof was Standing Seam. Roof was insulated with 9 1⁄2" (R-30) Cavity insulation and the walls were insulated with 6" (R-19). A continuous row of Sno Bars were supplied and installed on all low eaves.
