Project Overview:
186' wide x 315' long x 12' high pre-engineered metal building roof structure only covering a two story precast concrete parking garage. Building eave from ground level is at 28'-8".

Scope:
All walls are open. Exterior building columns are precast concrete and part of the parking structure. Metal building rafters were made to bolt down on top of the precast columns. There are two rows of interior steel columns setting on precast concrete pilasters. Roof slope was 1⁄2:12. Bay spacings were 1 @ 17'-7", 2 @ 35', 7 @ 30' & 1 @ 17'-7". The first 17'-7" bay plus the 2 @ 35' had 11 1⁄2" deep roof purlins. The remaining building had 8 1⁄2" deep roof purlins. All primary framing (rafters and interior steel columns) were field painted a silver color to match the galvanized roof purlins and to protect the structural framing from the outside weather and the elements.
