Project Overview:
New Battalion Headquarters Building. 124'-8" x 113'-8" x 13'-0" with a 3:12 gabled pitched roof with a 20'-0" x 17'-6" x 13'-0" covered entry area with a 4:12 gabled pitched roof.

Scope:
New Headquarters building features a Dutch Hip roof on the front of the building. All walls were metal stud framed with split faced masonry to 3'-6" high and red masonry brick to eave line. Gable area on front and rear of building was a standard stucco EFIS in a beige color. Building had a 1'-0" eave extension on the front and both sides with 24 ga. VP, FP-12 soffit panels in Leaf Green color. Rear wall was a standard gable condition. Roof panels were 24 ga,VP, SLR, 2" high vertical seam Standing Seam roof panels in VP Leaf Green color. Two rows of SnoBar for snow retention were installed on the front and both sides of the roof. Roof included one each 4' x 4' Roof exhaust fan with curb. The standing seam roof system included a written 20 year finish and weather tightness factory warranty. Roof was insulated with a 9 1⁄2" (R-30) Cavity roof system utilizing Sky Web II (Fall Protection) supplied by Bay Insulation.
