Project Overview:
140' wide x 200' long x 16' high pre-engineered metal building with one corner of building being a 110' wide x 62'long x 32'high taller area. Roof pitch of 1:12 with one row of interior columns.
Scope:
Building was erected by Colorado Core and Shell subcontracted by FCI Constructors. Lefever Building Systems subcontracted the roof panel and roof insulation installation from the main building erector. A 34' wide x 20' deep recessed loading dock was included on the north side of the building. Twenty-one roof curbs were supplied and installed for roof top HVAC equipment along with 1 roof access hatch.

Wall Panels: 26 ga, Panel Rib; Cool Sierra Tan color
Insulation: 9 1⁄2" (R-30) roof and 4" (R-13) wall insulation with WMP-VR facing
