Overview of Project: 82'-6" wide x 92'-8" long x 13'-2" high metal building plus an 11' x 18' lean-to for the elevator shaft; 1⁄4: 12 gabled roof slope

Project Scope: Building was anchored down to the top level of a two story precast structure to act as a Mechanical Penthouse for the existing facility. Two large wall louvers were installed on the south wall and 1 each roof curb and relief hood for building ventilation.

Roof Panels: 24 ga Galavalume Panel
Rib Wall Panels: 26 ga. Galavalume Panel Rib
Insulation: Roof was insulated with a 9 1⁄2" (R-30) and walls were insulated with a 4" (R-13) reinforced vinyl faced insulation using a WMP-10 facing.

Other:
1 each 3070 man door for access from Penthouse to roof area on the precast structure 1 row of mill finish SnoBars were supplied and installed along both eaves of building
