Project Overview:
New 71st Operations Group Buildings (5 metal buildings). COF Building: 107'x 377' x 12' with two each 40' x 10' x 12' entry area with a 4:12 gabled pitched roof. DESB Building: 25' x 126' x 10'-8"; 4:14 pitched roof. Hardstand Buildings #1: 25' x 54' x 14' & two each (#2A and 2B) 25' x 107' x 14'; 4:12 pitched roof

Scope:
The COF Building featured one row of interior columns and a 4'-0" masonry wainscot around the perimeter with Panel Rib metal wall panels above 4'-0".
The roof area included a 40' x 73' flat mechanical area. The roof also included 14 each 48" x 48" Dome skylights on curbs and 10 each mechanical roof top unit curbs.
The walls were insulated with 6" (R-19) insulation and the roof with 9 1⁄2" (R-30) Cavity insulation with Sky Web II. Five each 40' x 20' prefabricated steel storage mezzanines with stairs were supplied by Implant Offices Inc. The DESB Building was a 6 bay storage building with 6 each 8' x 8' overhead doors and 6 each 3070 mandoors. Building was insulated with 4" (R-13) wall and 6" (R-19) roof insulation.
Building interior walls were lined with 8'-0" high white Panel Rib liner panel. The 3 each Hardstand buildings were roof structures only with all walls open for vehicle protection.
