Project Overview:
82' wide x 87' long x 28' high (low eave) pre-engineered metal building with a 5,100 sf conventional steel wing between the new Meeting Hall and the existing facility. Roof pitch of 2:12 Single Slope with gutters and downspouts.

Scope:
New Meeting Hall building features exposed reverse tapered high and low side sidewall columns, mid height spandrel support beams and rod X bracing with a factory hot dipped galvanized zinc coating for protection against the elements. Roof included an 8'-0" wide high and low roof eave extension along with 3'-6" rake extensions. All soffit panels were exterior fiber cement board by others. Roof included 2 each 4' x 8' fusible link smoke vents with roof curbs. A continuous row of SnoBars for snow retention was install along all low eave lines. The standing seam roof system included a 20 year finish and weather tightness written factory warranty.
Walls were metal stud framing by others covered with partial orange colored metal wall panels and a field applied stucco EFIS. Roof was insulated with a 9 1⁄2" (R-30) Simple Saver roof system utilizing a "Black" FP (Fall Protection) grade liner fabric supplied by Bay Insulation. The conventional roof area was sheeted with a VP SLR 2" high vertical seam standing seam roof panel over metal decking / plywood.
